We collect your email, name, and deepest fears during the ticketing process via FEARTICKET. This data is stored securely in the Void and is never sold to third parties, only offered to ancient entities to improve your scare experience.
3. Liability Waiver
Nightmare Oaks LLC (operating in Florida) assumes no liability for injuries, loss of property, or missing persons. If you see Elias Crowe, do not engage. Run.
4. Media Consent
You consent to being photographed, videotaped, and audio recorded while on the premises. We reserve the right to use your terrified reactions in our marketing materials, indefinitely, throughout the known universe.
